4) Shipping & delivery

• Shipping times are estimates only; we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

• All orders are shipped fully insured and require a signature upon delivery to guarantee safe receipt.

• Complimentary insured shipping within the United States. International shipping may be available upon request; please contact us before purchasing.

• Liability: Once an order is accepted by the carrier and marked as “delivered,” Elina Jewelry Collection is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage.
