Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to feel confident in your purchase from Elina Jewelry Collection. Because our pieces are fine and often one-of-a-kind antiques, we have a limited return window to help preserve their integrity. Please review the following carefully.

1) Return request window
  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return.

  • Once approved, items must be shipped back within 14 days of purchase.

  • Returns requested or shipped after this period may not be accepted.

2) Conditions for returns

Returned items must be:

  • In original condition (unworn, unaltered, and free of damage);

  • Returned with original packaging and any included certificates or accessories;

  • Approved by us prior to shipment.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

3) Non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom, personalized, or resized pieces;

  • Items marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase;

  • Items damaged through misuse, improper care, or alterations after delivery.

4) Refunds
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.

  • We do not charge additional fees for refunds.

5) Returning goods
  • Customers are responsible for the cost and risk of return shipping.

We strongly recommend using an insured, trackable shipping service. We cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

6) Gifts
  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive store credit for the value of the return. Once received, a gift credit will be emailed or mailed to you.

  • If the item was not marked as a gift (or shipped to the gift giver), the refund will go to the original purchaser.
